New work places in Max Broker Ltd

Max Broker Ltd is a limited liability company registered in the year 2011 as insurance broker. Currently, the company employs 12 full-time employees. Max Broker Ltd carries out its activities in 12 sites in Sofia, Plovdiv, Smolyan, Perushtitza, Dospat, Lukovit, Peshtera, Opan village and Parvenets village. More information about the company is available at www.maxbroker.eu In order to create new jobs, Max Broker Ltd decided to participate in the present procedure and plans to open four new workplaces for the needs of its offices in Sofia and Plovdiv. We are planning to employ two new recruits in Sofia and two in Plovdiv. Our company’s financial data for the last three years are stable; the company has been profitable and has assets, including two official cars. Our insurance broker activities are strictly regulated. Specific knowledge and skills are really required for the position of an insurance expert. In this regard, Program "New Workplace 2015" is extremely useful to us as, apart from employment, it involves qualification improvement of employees. Max Broker Ltd’s project proposal includes the following: - Opening 4 workplaces focusing on integration of some of the most vulnerable groups on the labor market - unemployed persons aged over 54, and young people up to 29 years of age; - Max Broker Ltd will maintain newly created jobs of at least 50% of the new employees for a minimum of another 12 months; - Providing training for professional qualification of the 4 newly hired employees; - Providing training in key competence - digital competence to the 4 newly hired employees; - Providing equipment for the newly created jobs and creating the necessary labour conditions for employees; - Organization and project management; - Information and publicity activities.
