New knowledge - new skill

The presented project focuses on one of the current problems to the country of unemployment among the population by opening new jobs in the company for the production of clothing. The project will be implemented in the territory of northwestern Bulgaria, Eurostat data is among the poorest regions in the EU. According to LO major difficulties in Montana are: high unemployment and long-term unemployed, low level of education and/or lack of qualification of the unemployed. Candidate undertaking experiencing difficulties in hiring workers due to lack of knowledge or skills. These challenges "FASHION STYLE VD" Ltd. will respond to this project by providing and equipping new jobs for unemployed people disadvantaged in the labor market and training for the profession "tailor". The main goal of the project is the support of OPHRD be disclosed 20 new jobs in an enterprise of North-West and to hire 20 unemployed persons for a period of 12 months. Of newly hired persons will provide vocational training for the profession "Tailor" code 542 110 specialty "tailoring" code 5421101, first degree with a duration of 300 hours. The newly created positions will be equipped with Overlocks and makes sewing machines to enforce labor and production tasks. Own funds after 12 monthly employment project will ensure continued sustainable employment for 12 persons (over 50%) of those included in the project activities. Knowledge and skills, as well as documents to training will ensure the other members of the target group more competitive labor market. Implementation period of the project is 15 months. During the whole period will follow the rules for publicity and visualization highlights the contribution of the European Union through the ESF for implementation of project activities.
