New job in KZV food Ltd

The overall objective of the current project proposal is to provide working places for unemployed and inactive people in “KZV food” Ltd. by giving them opportunities to receive income, social integration, motivation, overcoming apathy and satisfaction from exercising their right to work. Specific objectives are: - Providing access to the labor market for unemployed and inactive people; - Creating appropriate conditions for integration into the labor market of the most vulnerable groups by providing access to quality training for acquiring vocational qualifications and key competences; - Providing safe and proper working conditions by purchasing necessary equipment for the new working places. The activities planned for implementation in the project are as follows: Activity 1: Organization and management; Activity 2: Hiring unemployed and inactive people for a period up to 12 months; Activity 3: Providing vocational training for part of profession for second qualification degree for the already employed people under the project; Activity 4: Providing training for the already employed people for key competence 4 “Digital competence”; Activity 5: Purchase of equipment, intangible and nonprofit assets associated with the providing of new working places; Activity 6: Information and publicity As a result of the implementation of the project activities 30 people will be employed under contracts in “KZV food” Ltd. 10 of them will be provided with vocational training for part of profession for the second qualification degree and other 11 representatives of the target group will be trained in Key competence 4 “Digital competence”. For the adaptation and provision of work places which meet the appropriate quality standards the necessary equipment will be purchased, delivered and put into operation, intangible and nonprofit assets as well as work clothes.
