New jobs in the field of cosmetic and hairdressing services

The project envisages the creation of sustainable employment for 8 unemployed persons to 29 years and inactive persons in the labor market - two persons on duty "hairdresser", two persons of position "manicurist" two persons of position "beautician" two persons of position ''practitioner unconventional methods for favorable impact on individual health". Ensuring sustainable employment includes additional activities to achieve project objectives and operation, namely: Activity №1 Organization and management; Activity №2 Selection of contractors under the Decree №118; Activity №3 Selection of the target group; Activity №4 Appointment of persons and providing sustainable employment; Activity №5 Training key competence - English; Activity №6 Training professions "Barber" and "Cosmetics" - a professional qualification; Activity №7Purchase of equipment needed for recruitments; Activity №8 Information and publicity. Activities will cover a period of 17 months. The project aims to provide the prerequisites for the creation of sustainable jobs for the unemployed and inactive persons. This objective will be achieved through a combination of measures to ensure appropriate training work place- vocational training for the profession "Barber" and "Cosmetics" and training in key competence - English. The project will focus on the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market - the unemployed and inactive people under 29 years of age at the beginning of their work experience and training that they need proper training, coupled with subsequent employment in order to implement acquired knowledge and skills. The project will be implemented in the city of Stara Zagora. All activities of information and publicity will meet one guide to the beneficiary for the implementation of the rules on information and communication 2014- 2020.
