In the project proposal envisages the creation of eight new jobs and training for all persons on two key competence "Communication in foreign languages" and 4 core competence "Digital competence" and equipment for newly recruited persons. Main activities of the project are: 1. Organisation and management; 2. Preparation and implementation of procedures for selection of contractors; 3.Conduction a procedure for the selection of the target group; 4. Appointment of persons to positions "Sales Representative", "technical assistant" and "Head warehouse"; 5. Organizing and conducting training in two key competence "Communication in foreign languages" and 4 core competence "Digital competence"; 6. Purchase of equipment for the job; 7. Information and publicity. "Metal-M" Ltd. aims to provide sustainable jobs for eight unemployed and inactive persons to positions "Sales Representative", "technical assistant" and "Head warehouse".
