Creating conditions for long-term and sustainable employment in Modul Ltd.

During 2014 "Modul" Ltd. increased its fleet by over 600 cars and opened 2 new offices. This led to a significant increase in the work volume and the customer’s mass of the company. To meet the increased volume of work and the preservation of the high quality of the services provided by the company’s business services, in the implementation of its strategic business objectives and in full consonance with the objectives of OPHRD Modul” LTD. will implement this present Project which provides for the hiring of 22 unemployed or inactive persons from the target groups (13 young persons up to the age of 29, with secondary or higher education completed, job seekers or inactive persons and 9 unemployed or inactive persons aged between 30 and 54) for the positions of 'Marketing Expert', 'Key Customers Manager',' Repair and maintenance organizer ',' Web sites Programmer',' Web Designer ', 'Sales Expert ', 'Trade Representative', 'Phone Sales Manager', 'Documents Control Specialist', 'Auto Mechanic', 'Carwash Representative' and 'Car Driver', the provision of employment and wages for a period of 12 months and the creation of appropriate conditions for the conduct of the professional obligations of these newly employed persons through equipping 22 new job places. After the completion of the implementation of the Project ”Modul” Ltd. will take over the commitment to keep 11 jobs for a minimum period of 12 months, thus providing employment for a minimum period of 24 months. The successful realisation of the project proposal will carry a whole positive impact on the target group representatives. As a result of the professional experience, which they will receive, the new employees will acquire new skills that will make them more adaptable to the labour market and will be beneficial for their active participation in it. The implementation of the project proposal will lead to the provision of stable employment, raised incomes and economic activity and social integration.
