More new jobs creation in MIG 23 Ltd.

The implementation of this project proposal will provide creating of 10 new jobs and vocational training for 10 persons on the specific group of unemployed youths up to 29 years incl. (NEETs) and a new, skilled workforce and productivity improvements for "Mig 23" LTD. It also envisages the provision of the new jobs as well with equipment and furniture. At least 50% of newly recruited and trained employees will keep their positions at least 12 months after the completion of the project activities. Target groups: Unemployed and inactive persons from Sofia and the region, of which at least six persons (minimum 50%) of the target group are the following specific categories: - Unemployed persons with low education level (below ISCED 313); - Long-term unemployed and inactive persons; - Unemployed persons over 54 ages; - Unemployed youths , who not exceed 29 ages . Indicative five persons from the target group, who not exceed 29 ages. Activities through which to achieve the objectives: Activities through which to achieve the objectives: Activity 1-recruitment of unemployed and inactive persons; Activity 2 – purchase of equipment end work clothes, related to the created new jobs. Activity 3-provision of professional training of the employees already; Activity 4-provision of training for the acquisition of key competencies in "Digital competence ' and ' communication in foreign languages"; Activity 5-information and publicity; Activity 6-project management; Expected results: Unemployed and inactive persons employed - at least 10 persons Unemployed and inactive persons involved in vocational training and training in the resort - at least 10 persons Create sustainable employment for a period of 12 months after completion of the project activities - at least 5 persons.
