Access to new quality jobs in "Creativity" Ltd.

"Creativity" Ltd. is a company that manufactures and supplies food for babies, children and adults, and specializes in catering for kindergartens, homes of people and adult social care. The company has a desire by the project to create 21 new high-quality and sustainable jobs for the unemployed and / or inactive. This will be achieved through the implementation of a set of activities within the project. The selection of people who will be provided with employment under the project will be implemented in cooperation with the representatives of the territorial structures of the Employment Agency and will be carried out and interacting with local authorities - municipalities and town councils and the local community to identify and attract suitable candidates for employment who are currently inactive in the labor market. The selected persons will be provided employment for at least 12 months of a scheme to provide grants and at least 50% of them will be guaranteed permanent employment in the company. The aim of the Applicant is at least 50% of newly hired persons are young people under 29 years of age. The intentions of "Creativity" Ltd. are to keep working all payroll persons, provided that the quality and performance they qualify. For the project implementation is planned purchase of new equipment to serve new jobs to carry out the job description in their activities. In addition to newly recruited persons will be provided with appropriate training. The candidate expects to achieve long-term effect on the target group and the overall activities of the company after the completion of the project activities. The company will get the opportunity to work motivated people to establish themselves as valuable professionals in the culinary industry.
