Creation of new sustainable jobs for unemployed people in Pankor EOOD

Pancor Ltd. was founded in 2007 and presently its main activity includes rental of real estates - code 68.20 according to the Classification of economic activities 2008. Future plans for activity development include the start-up of a new activity related to the assembling of electric switches of different types – from 6A (amperes) to 63A for equipping switchboards to protect electrical circuits. The technology for ensuring this manufacture includes the assembling of particular details (15 to 20 components applied in each article) that requires the performance of a number of manual operations according to the products’ technological scheme. This is a precondition for the creation of new jobs in the company, as we plan to provide employment to unemployed youths aged up to 29 years, unemployed people aged over 54 years, as well as unemployed aged between 30 and 54 from the region of Gotce Delchev. This has motivated us to seek the support provided under the Operational Programme “Development of human resources” within the procedure “New Job 2015”. The project proposed includes the implementation of activities oriented to the provision of new jobs to unemployed people for a period of 12 months at the position “Worker, assembling of details”. Thus the action will contribute to the sustainable employment of 12 unemployed youths aged up to 29 years, 25 unemployed people aged over 54 and 35 unemployed people at the age from 30 to 54 years, who will be provided with a total 72 new jobs created by the company. These results will ensure the accomplishment of the project overall objective to provide support to Pancor Ltd. towards the creation of new jobs for unemployed people from the selected target groups, including people with secondary and lower education and without a particular professional qualification answering their needs for sustainable employment and stable incomes.
