Employment and career development in the "Elit car" Ltd.

"Elit car" is a company with main activity trade in parts and is one of the companies leaders on the market. The company offers a range of services, including delivery to the customer, technical advice and staff which numbers nearly 250 people. Since its inception the company has been established employer in over 30 cities in the country. Strategy and company development includes the creation of new jobs in Sofia and Varna. The company has a desire trough the project to create 20 high-quality and sustainable jobs for the unemployed and / or inactive people, as this will be achieved through the implementation of a set of activities within the project. The company focuses on the potential of young professionals in the field and because of this fact priority will be unemployed and / or inactive young people aged under to 29. The selection of people who will be provided with employment under the project will be implemented in cooperation with the representatives of the territorial structures of the Employment Agency (EA) and interaction with local authorities to identify and attract suitable candidates for the job will be ensured. Sustainability of jobs will be achieved through a combination of measures to provide job training, as well as through the purchase of appropriate equipment for the new employees. The selected persons will be provided employment for at least 12 months of a scheme to provide grants and at least 50% of them will be guaranteed permanent employment in the company. The management expects to achieve long-term effect on the target group and the overall activities of the company after the completion of the project activities. The creation of new jobs in the company will allow 20 unemployed people to find their working field and will be given the opportunity to permanently integrate into the labor market. The company will give the opportunity to work to motivated people to establish themselves as valuable personnel in the field.
