"Providing effective sustainable employment and working conditions of the unemployed in" KIOG "Ltd."

The project "Providing sustainable employment and effective working conditions of unemployed persons in" KIOG "Ltd." aims: "To reduce the percentage of unemployed / inactive and / or unemployed youths up to 29 years, provided an opportunity for professional realization and effective work in "KIOG" Ltd ". Through specific objectives set out in the proposal: 1. To provide sustainable employment for the unemployed and / or young people up to 29 years. 2. To ensure good and efficient working conditions "KIOG" LTD. These objectives will be achieved by implementing the following activities: Activity 1: Organization, coordination and management of project activities; Action 2: Implementation of publicity activities and project visualization; Activity 3: Equipment of new jobs "KIOG" Ltd. for selected unemployed; Activity 4: Selection and choice of 9 unemployed and/or unactive persons for employment in "KIOG" LTD; Activity 5: Employment of reqruited nine unemployed and/or unactive persons"KIOG" LTD. With the implementation of these actions will achieve the following measurable results: - On 9 unemployed and / or young people under 29 years of Blagoevgrad and / or region will be provided employment for a minimum of 12 months with an option to be extended for another 12 months. Capable of being extended for another 12 months at least 50% (6 people) of persons involved in activities. - Will be provided equipped, furnished new jobs and a vehicle for the effective implementation of labor activities for designated positions. Certain target groups of the project are unemployed / inactive persons and young people up to 29 years looking for work, individually and / or by the Labour Bureau in the city.
