"New working position" and an opportunity for new professional beginning in "Vita Start" EOOD

The project proposal includes the disclosure of four new working positions in "Vita Start" Ltd. - town of Sofia, related to the specific needs evolved from the desire for expansion and development of the company in the direction that it follows since year 1997, in particular the company is offering a boutique designed furniture. The project consist also the purchase of related equipment necessary to implement the workflow, appointment of unemployed and/or inactive target groups of newly created positions in the company and providing relevant trainings for the positions: - 1 "Designer, interior design"; - 1 "Sales Representative"; - 2 "Fitter"; The project will be realized through implementation of the following activities: Activity 1 - Organization and Project Management; Activity 2 - Recruitment of unemployed and/or inactive persons for a period of 12 months; Activity 3 - Providing training for key competences of newly appointed persons; Action 4 - Purchase of equipment and furniture associated with the newly created positions; Activity 5 - Implementation of measures of visualization and communication; This project contributes to the creation of conditions for permanent employment of unemployed persons who fall within the priority target groups of the program. The project is aimed at the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market - young people under 29 years of age and prolonged inactive and unemployed.The project implementation will contribute to the realization of the fundamental set of challenges in OPHRD, namely higher and quality employment, reducing poverty and promote social inclusion, the modernization of public policies through networking and partnerships with business skills, the possibility of lifelong learning and improving the adaptability of employees, and the quality of jobs.
