"Provision of new employments within MEP GRUP Ltd."

MEP GRUP Ltd.is a company working in the field of restaurant and catering business and running ordinary and fast food restaurants.Its aim is to use the Project for providing 8 new stable and reliable positions for unemployed and/or non-active people in Bulgaria.That will be achieved through implementation of a number of activities within the Project.The selected people will be employed for at least 12 months under the conditions of the scheme for granting financial aid and employment of min 50% of the workers will be guaranteed after the end at least 12-month Project.The intention of the Applicant is 50% of the employees(4 people)to be specific category young people, aged 29 or younger. Modern equipment necessary for the newly-provided positions will be bought to ensure the quality of the work done by the employees.The implementation of the Project activities is expected to result in achieving a long-term effect on the target group and,overall,on the company work.Highly motivated people will be given opportunity to assert themselves as efficient employees.On getting a job and gaining valuable work experience,they will continue to work for the Company as experienced and dependable staff.This Project offer is being developed in a period of economic crisis and high rate of unemployment,therefore,it guarantees not only involvement but also rising of the economic activity and labour market integration of the people from the risk groups.Currently,the search for motivated and efficient employees is increasing, nevertheless,the youths who graduate from the educational institutions are not prepared enough for the demands of business.It is one of the main problems of those individuals and the Project will have a positive effect on them.The implementation of the Project Provision of new employments within MEP GRUP Ltd.may solve the long-standing problems connected with the labour market integration of unemployed and non-active people and thus result in long-term stability.
