Ensuring long-term employment of unemployed people through opening new working places in Energy Sped Ltd.

This project proposal focuses on the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market-long-term unemployed and inactive persons - unemployed and inactive from 30 to 54 years of age incl.,, unemployed youth until 29 years incl., .Those groups of persons are included as a target group of project. The project's main objective is to provide long-term employment for the unemployed and inactive through the opening of new jobs in the company. This objective will be achieved through the implementation of the Activities included in the project proposal:Activity1:Organization and management;Activity2:hire unemployed persons for a period of 12 months;Activity3: Purchase of material assets,non-material assets associated with the creation of new work places; Activity4: Ensuring the information and publicity for the project. For the execution of activities there will be implemented the following measures:Presenting the objectives,activities,schedule of the project; Clear definition and allocation of tasks and responsibilities for the team members;Determination of internal rules,accountability and reporting; Selection of candidates from the target group for the new jobs;Signing of contracts and provision of monthly salary of 4 representatives of the target group;Conducting in-house training;Management of scope,schedule,budget,quality,communications,HR,procurement and risks;Promoting the contribution of the European Union(EU) and OP Human Resources Development to the project among the community; Execution of the project there will be achieved the following results: 1. Ensured the long-term employment of the unemployed and inactive persons; 2. Signed contracts with 4 persons from the target group for 12 months; 3. Increased level of knowledge and competence of the newly appointed persons by conducting internal corporate training; 4. Purchased assets necessary for opening the new work places; 5. Promoted EU contribution for realizing the project.
