Employment and training to unemployed persons in Golderix LTD

The project is presented by the company Golderix Ltd, evolving activity with services: excavation works, embankments terracing of land and others. The described project activities include: Hiring unemployed and not active persons by the chosen group – 23 persons; Professional training of newly hired persons, unemployed and not active persons; Purchase of digging machines in relation to the employment created – 1 piece of mini excavator, 1 piece of wheel excavator; Insurance for purchased by the project assets; Labour Medicine for the new hires by the project, and recognizes the resulting in progress activities - Team Project Management and Publicity and visualization. All activities described and justified in the project are aimed at creating sustainable jobs for the persons by the chosen group. Working positions, which will be newly hired persons, correspond exactly to the company's activities. The professional training envisaged in the project occurs according with requirements of the job. The assets acquired by the project are divided into two jobs used from eight employees by the chosen group of the project. For all other employees of the new jobs, the applicant will provide equipment from the available material base.
