Expanding of the activities of “Demo Plan” Ltd by ensuring employment of the unemployed, inactive people and youths

The main goal of the project is creating new and stable jobs, ensuring employment for an unemployed, inactive people and youths. The specific goals of the project are: - to ensure the employment of 28 unemployed and inactive people, minimum 50 % from which to be form the Special Needs group in accordance with the program , including youths till 29 th years of age. - to create 26 new working places including such that does not exist so far at the enterprise, by purchasing specialized machines and equipment - improving the level of the occupational skills of the new employees by organizing specialized trainings for professional qualification and key competencies for part of the newly employed personnel - Minimum of 14 stable jobs to remain at the end of the project - to expand the market share of the enterprise by expanding of his production capacity For the fulfilment of the described goals it is envisaged the implementation of the following activates Activity 1 – Organizing and managing of the project Activity 2 – Organizing and conducting trainings Activity 3 – Creating new jobs by purchasing of specialized machines and equipment Activity 3 – Employment of unemployed and inactive people Activity 5 – Public information and publicity It is foreseen the project to be executed for 18 months. 26 new working places will be created and equipped. 28 unemployed and inactive people will be employed, from the different target groups. 15 of the employed is planned to be youths of age till 29 years. The project will assure for 13 persons professional qualification and key competency trainings.
