Door to the future

The main objective of the project: Disclosure of 10 new jobs for the employment of unemployed and inactive persons. Specific objectives: 1. Provision of technical equipment and clothing to the new jobs; 2. Salaried employment for a period of 12 months to 10 inactive and unemployed persons, including youth up to 29 years with the possibility of subsequent employment. Problems to solve: insufficient opportunities for sustainable jobs for the unemployed and inactive persons; limiting the prerequisites for the growth of poverty and social exclusion, especially of vulnerable groups in the labor market; need incentives to employers for a combination of measures to equip new jobs and employment of unemployed and inactive persons; incentives for employment of unemployed and inactive persons under '29 or over 54, long-term unemployed or low education. Basic activities: 1. Recruitment of 10 unemployed and / or inactive for a period of 12 months; 2. Purchase of clothing, equipment and furniture associated with the creation of 10 new jobs in the company RDA SERVICE. And: Activities visualization and publicity, activities organization and management of the project. Expected key results: new and equipped 10 jobs; Provide sustainable employment for 10 inactive or unemployed, priority of specific categories, including minimum 3 youths under 29. Expected specific results: provided income, social and labor integration of 10 unemployed and inactive persons, including than vulnerable groups in the market; increased capacity production and employment of the company RDA SERVICE. Sustainability of the results after the project: - Maintaining a minimum of 5 jobs for 12 months after completion of the project activities. - 5 unemployed and inactive participants who upon leaving the project have a job. Financial assistance sought by the project - a total of 147 450 lev.
