Model for personal development and sustainable employment in "Palad" Ltd.

The following project proposal aims to develop new supporting bodies to a company with traditions in the services it provides. New work places will open and build on top of the already established practice in the field of real estate. The need of expansion of the business and the new offices for real estate brings the demand for fresh human resources which would help the organizational development of the firm. The complex activities of introduction and training in working environment are set to deliver quality employees with the potential to grow and to uphold the company's culture. With the assured long-term access to a work place, there will be means to improve the participants in the project through acquisition of a qualification and language knowledge - 70% will be from the youth under 29 years old and 30% - unemployed. In total 10 working places will be created for the unemployed persons for the position "real estate broker", they will be divided into various offices of the company with the goal to attach them to an experienced specialist with professional experience. The newly assigned personnel will get a motivated possibility to begin a secure and perspective work which involves communication with clients, deal talks, relations with colleagues, investors, construction entrepreneurs. While on the work place, the newly-employed will be part of the "broker" qualification training and an accompanying language course (English or Russian) in order to qualitatively fulfill their duties and to successfully enter their professional development. For the differentiation of the work places there will be activities for financial support focused on transport mean, furniture and equipment of office spaces, working tools, which will contribute to a favorable atmosphere, welcoming clients and accordance with safety guidelines. The project will be highly publicized through informational channels and a team will be formed to oversee its management.
