"GOOD ACCOUNTANT - BUSINESS SUCCESS "

"Balance -SK" Ltd. is a company that is registered with the CA with main activity Accounting and auditing activities. Serving provides accounting and financial advice to companies and individuals developing diverse activities in Northwestern Bulgaria and Sofia. The project proposal planned disclosure of four new jobs for the unemployed and inactive persons living in the municipalities of Vratsa and Krivodol where unemployment in 2015 reached 47.8% - in Krivodol and 11.6% in Vratsa . The project provides 75% of employees are of Krivodol Municipality with a target group of 2 inactive persons, one person under 29 years, one person over 54 years, half of which with TEMP. The workplace for these 4 new employees will be furnished and equipped with desks , sections, computer configurations - 3 workstations and server , notebook mobility services MFP and UPS and all 4 individuals will be connected to a common network . Protection of personal data and other information will be provided as unnecessary documents will be disposed of Schroeder with subsequent recycling of paper in order to protect the environment. Newly appointed four individuals will undergo professional training profession " Accountant " code 344030 , in " Operational Accounting " code 3440301 , for 600 hours (part of the third degree ) and training in key competence 4 "Digital competence" to work with PC - 45 classes . The training will be outsourced holding a license and experience. The project duration is 18 months , persons will be employed up to 12 months contract. Persons with disabilities will be assisted by two mentors for a period of three months . After completion of the project 50% of the jobs created will be secured for one year . The project meets the requirements for information and publicity , strict compliance with the horizontal principles and aims to achieve the objectives of the procedure for granting financial assistance " New Workplace 2015".
