The project plans "Arco Real Estate" Ltd. to hire 15 unemployed and / or inactive people for the following job positions: "Real Estate Agent", "Expert sales," "Expert Marketing" "Accountant", " Real estate assessor" and "Technical Assistant "and aims to provide them with employment and integration into the labor market. People from vulnerable groups in the labor market – youth, long-term unemployed and unemployed over 54 years will be recruited with priority. The envisaged project activities aim at creation of prerequisites and conditions and hiring of new employees, conduction of training in the fourth key competence "Digital competence" for knowledge and skills in software program for working with spreadsheets and provision of necessary equipment, furniture and software for the new employees. Activities for the implementation of measures for information and publicity to promote the project and EU assistance to the stakeholders and its successful organization and management are planed also. In the implementation of the project activities will be recruited six unemployed youth under 29 years, two falling within the group of long-term unemployed and/or unemployed over 54 years and seven unemployed / inactive in the labour market people.
