Horizons Bulgaria was established in 2005 as a subsidiary of JordanSheppard Bulgaria, which covers the needs of customers for selection of expert and middle management level. During 2015, Horizons is developing rapidly at national level and became one of the leading and largest agencies for recruitment in Bulgaria, opening offices in major cities in the country. The company invests in new services and businesses in the field of human resources - training, organizational development and diagnostics, staff leasing, HR outsourcing. One of the main goals of the company is to develop human capital to ensure higher employment, income and social integration, to enable the company to maintain capacity built over the years. This project contributes to creating conditions for employment of unemployed persons who fall within the priority target groups of the program. The focus is directed towards the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market. In addition, the objectives of the project proposal are fully in line with the objectives of the "Development of human resources" to improve the quality of life of people in Bulgaria through enhancement of human capital, achieving high levels of employment, increased productivity, access to quality education and lifelong learning, and strengthening social inclusion. The project envisages implementation of the following activities: Activity 1. Hire unemployed and / or inactive for a period of 12 months Activity 2. Purchase of equipment, furniture, DNA and furniture related to the creation of new jobs, Activity 3. Work organization and management of projects, activities 4. Information and publicity. Disclosure of more jobs and continued investment in human resources are of paramount importance in 2015. The objectives and activities of the project are consistent with long-term priorities of the strategy "Europe 2020" and the need to improve the business environment in Bulgaria.
