Hiring new employees in “Asi” Ltd and increasing their competence

"Asi" Ltd. was found in 1996 as a family company with staff consisted of three people. At present the company is official trade representative of "KIA MOTORS Bulgaria" and authorized car service of "Hyundai". The present project foresee hiring of four new employees in "Asi" Ltd. and enhancing their key competencies. "Asi" Ltd. is engaged in: • Repairs of cars and trucks in its own base; • Sale of cars and trucks in its own showroom; • Sales of auto parts for heavy trucks and passenger cars in its own and rented stores. The enlarged market share of the company and the increasing orders suggests hiring of new personnel of the company in order to raise its capacity and be able to implement the services it offers. The company needs four new employees, as follows: three car mechanics and and one sales representative. They will also receive training in key competences - English language and Computer literacy. This is necessary because of the nature of the work, which is associated with studying computer programs for the diagnosis of various systems of cars, which are in English. In addition all work instructions for the individual machines for maintenance of cars and trucks are in foreign language. The diagnosis of the modern cars is made by attaching portable computers that identify the problem and this requires good computer skills for work with different programs. The Trade Representative will also receive training because of the nature of his work. The aim of the project is "To create four new sustainable jobs in" Asi "Ltd.", which will be achieved through: investing in new staff, which shall be trained according the nature of their work in the company through in-house training. The new employees will be trained also in key competencies and to work with the newly purchased under the project stand for geometry of cars and heavy trucks.
