Encouraging the integration of some of the most vulnerable target groups at the labor market by creating 18 new jobs for unemployed and inactive persons in "Zenith 357" Ltd., at least half of whom are unemployed young people under 29 years or unemployed persons aged over 54 years

The overall objective of the current project is to enhance the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market by creating sustainable new jobs for the unemployed and inactive persons in Zenit Ltd.The overall objective of the project is focused on addressing and solving the needs of the representatives of the target groups involved in the project, and above all their needs for providing employment and creating practical skills and competencies which will be a good prerequisite for their professional development and active and full social integration. The specific objectives of the project are the following: 1. To create 18 new jobs in "Zenit 357" Ltd. for the unemployed and inactive persons, at least half of whom are unemployed young people under 29 years or unemployed persons aged over 54 years. 2. To establish practical professional skills and competence of new employees by providing job training, guidance and instructions and implement ongoing monitoring on the performance and the achieved results. 3. To promote rapid adaptation of the new workers and their integration into existing work force of the company through: effective management, creating a favorable socio-psychological climate, clearly defining the rights, responsibilities and others. The following activities are envisaged in order to meet the project objectives: 1. Appointment of 18 unemployed and inactive persons in "Zenit 357" Ltd., at least half of whom are unemployed young people under 29 years or unemployed persons aged over 54 years. 2. Purchase the necessary equipment associated with the new jobs. 3. Provide training on key competencies required for effective work performance of employees under the project. 4. Activities for information and publicity in accordance with the guidelines and instructions of the Managing Authority. 5. Activities for the organization and management of the project
