Yugstroy Ltd. is one of the construction companies that are registered and principally operate in the region of Smolyan, which is the fourth most underdeveloped economic region of Bulgaria. The unemployment rate in the Smolyan District is among the highest in the country (over 25% data for 2014), and it greatly affects young people. The project proposal provides for the opening of 14 new jobs in Yugstroy Ltd.: 2 casing workers, 4 laborers (2 of them over 54 years), 2. - road builders (under 29), 1 driver of road construction machine, 1 engineer - designer, 2. - technical assistants (up to 29), 1 accounting clerk (up to 29 years) and 1 lorry driver. In order to increase the capacity and capabilities of the newly employed, the project proposal envisages vocational training for 10 of them, and 4 people to taker part in training courses to improve their key competencies and in particular – their digital competences. This training activity will be awarded to a licensed contractor. The project also envisages purchase of equipment, necessary for the new jobs, as well as other working and protective equipment for the objectives and activities that the newly recruited by Yugstroy Ltd. people will implement.
