Providing employment and sustainable workforce in Grind Ltd.

Grind foresees the opening of 8 new working positions.The projected number of the hired personnel from the target group“Long-term unemployed and inactive persons”is 6 at the following positions:Accountant–1;Manufacturing coordinator–1;Designer-1;Edging machine operator–1;Packaging machine operator–1;Woodworking machine operator–1.The projected number of the hired personnel from the target group“Unemployed youth up to 29 years inclusive”are 2 at the position“Wooden and similar materials furniture fitter”.All hired personnel will be provided with PPE and work wear in accordance with the requirements of the Risk Assessment for the relevant positions,necessary equipment,materials and supplies for ensuring the work flow and service from Occupational Health organization.The realization of the project will contribute to the implementation of the procedure for gratuitous financial aid’s specific objectives and more precisely generating sustainable work positions for unemployed and inactive people,increasing the number of the hired unemployed youth up to 29 years inclusive,stressing on their integration as vulnerable group.The implementation of GRIND’s project is based on OP“Development of HR”’strategy for providing higher and more qualified employment.By newly employed personnel the organization foresees to expand the scope of provided services by adding design services,preparation of projects and manual edging.Aiming to secure the work processes,related to the provided ongoing services and also the new ones,the organization foresees purchase of equipment,intangible assets,economic stock,PPE,work wear.Aiming at transparency of the defined activities’ implementation and in accordance with the requirements of information and communication,GRIND foresees the publication of 2 articles in local medias–in the beginning and at the end of the project’s implementation,publication of project’s information on the company’s website, placing informational board at the company’s office.
