Creating new workplaces and providing access to employment for effective development of the woodworking enterprise "IMK Forest Commerce" LTD

The project increases the employment and incomes of inactive and unemployed persons, by increasing the manufacturing capabilities of IMK Forest Commerce. The available production capacities have turned out to be insufficient for the growing orders from clients. Part of the operations are being done by outer firms, the technological operations are more, manual labour is significant, the materials turnover has risen, the cost price is above the average for the branch. The final product becomes energy-intensive, it requires more raw timber, the junk and the unusable materials increase. The project includes creating and equipping five new workplaces, where five people from the target group will work. The activities are a potential solution to the problem of increasing the economic activity and integration of the most vulnerable groups and inactive persons on the labour market in the region. After completing the activities IMK Forest Commerce: increases access to employment; commits to long-term employment of at least 3 persons; develops professional skills of 5 persons from the most vulnerable groups on the labor market; saves energy from the operation “cutting”; reduces waste timber; increases workflow with two additional treatments - "cutting wood with a diameter of 710 mm and unlimited length '' and 'tailoring' of materials; increases the offered services with “blade setting” and “sharpening “ tools. The expected results from the introduction in exploitation of the new machines and hiring of the necessary for the production activity persons, ensure a perspective for the development of the firm and opportunity for offering flexible decisions and comprehensive service to clients with high performance, with a high level of energy efficiency and environmental sustainability and increased social responsibility of the enterprise itself. Multiplier effect and added value to other businesses, give the expected information activities on the current project.
