"New working place in "Transteh" Ltd."

Transtech Ltd is a company founded in 2000 and is currently approved manufacturer of vehicles seats.The production activity Transtech Ltd covers manufacturing of:metal products;products from soft,integral and hard polyurethane;upholstered products;Products from polymer concrete and fiberglass.With a view to expansion in the volume of activity of the company and the consequent need of new,sustainable jobs the realization of the present project with a common goal "To provide preconditions for the creation of sustainable working places for unemployed and/or inactive persons Transtech Ltd" is planned.Target group of the project is 8 unemployed and/or inactive persons,like 50% of the target group is composed of the following specific categories:Unemployed persons over the age of '54-2 pers. and Unemployed or inactive persons with disabilities-2 pers.The main project activities are: 1.Hiring of unemployed and/or inactive for a period of up to 12m.-the main result of which is the opening of 5 new jobs and 8 hired persons form the target group for a period of up to 12 m. in positions 31193016 Technician,upholstery and decoration;75331014 Tailor;72121001 Welder;72223011 Locksmith and 95100003 Guard. 2.Purchase of equipment,furniture,tangible fixed assets and business inventory related to the opening of new jobs, the result of which will be the equipment of 3 working places for tailors,1 for technician,upholstery and decoration and 1 for welder.The required personal protective equipment and work clothes for welder will also be provided; 3.Providing a mentor for the people with disabilities and as a result-2 disabled persons relieved 4.Organization and project management with a result ensured effective organization of project implementation 5.Informing and publicity,as a result of which measures for informing and publicity will be provided,in accordance with the applicable requirements and instructions for implementing the rules for information and communication 2014-2020
