Improving the Access to Employment and Creating New Jobs in ElDDOMINVEST Ltd

The project intends to provide activities to encourage the labour market integration of unemployed young people aged up to 29 years old. Main activitiesActivity 1: Organization and Management Activity 2:Employing people in ELDOMINVEST Ltd. according to procedure BG05M9OP001-1.003 “NEW WORKPLACE 2015” with remuneration in the amount of the minimum insurable earnings and any outstanding contributions by employers in accordance with the requirements of the Bulgarian labour and social security law for a period of 12 months for the following positions. Structural engineer (1 person); - TOOLS EQUIPMENT engineer (1 person ); - Welder (2 jobs); - QUALITY AUDITOR (1 person); - production line OPERATOR (2 people); - goods and loads expeditor (1person) Activity 3: External services for providing professional training for acquiring a first or a second level qualification degree of the already employed under the project people. Activity 4: External services for training in key competences according to the European qualification framework: Key competence 2. Communication in foreign languages of two of the employed people Activity 5: Purchase of equipment, furniture and intangible assets in order to create new jobs in ELDOMINVEST Ltd. Activity 6: Ensuring publicity The project aims to increase the number of the employed people participating in the labour market( eight unemployed young people up to the age of 29.). Trainings on key competences – “communicating in foreign languages”(2 people) and professional training “ First level of professional qualification 5210901 Welding (2people) have been planned. A combination of measures for subsidized employment will contribute for the achieving of the goals of priority axis 1” Improving the access to employment and the quality of the workplaces”.
