ALEXANDER ELECTRIC - New Horizons

Company-candidate with this project proposal apply for financial support from the ESF, which aims to provide 12 months of employment of 16 unemployed and inactive persons on newly outfitted jobs. The company has the potential and ambition for development, but insufficient resources to significant changes in the short term. As a first step it has invested in building a new manufacturing facility and office. On the other hand, many unemployed and inactive have a need to work to satisfy the needs of their career and earnings. This project provides new workshop and office to reveal 16 jobs in 8 different positions, which are furnished and equipped with technical and tooling. Jobs will be offered after selection of them will be appointed for a term of up to 1 year unemployed and inactive persons. It is envisaged that at least 8 of the new hires are from vulnerable groups in the labor market, including 3 youths under 29, as well as persons with low education, unemployed or inactive for more than 12 months, persons over 54, and on the opportunity to work and persons with disabilities. Employees within 1 year will acquire professional experience and will recover or acquire work habits. Regular and adequate remuneration of labor, material and technical secured working environment will enhance motivation and their labor activity. After completion of the project the included individuals will have more chance of subsequent employment, incl. and in the candidate-company, which will retain at least 8 of the jobs for at least 12 months.
