Project "New jobs for sustainable business" intends to provide new, fully equipped workplace of 26 representatives of the target group in real and dynamic working environment in a company HP Consult, which is an organization developing a successful business over the last three years. To expand its business organization will provide throw the project qualified and motivated staff, as will implement best practices for the development of human resources, which is a guarantee for fast and quality adapt appointed by the project specialists. For full integration, adaptation and development of newly appointed staff of the company will be provided training in real working and dynamic environment, and will be provided fully equipped working environment with own resources of the employer.
