Access to employment for unemployed and inactive people

The main project objective is to create sustainable jobs for unemployed and inactive people, including unemployed people with a low education level (below ISCED 3) and / or long-term unemployed and inactive persons and / or unemployed or inactive persons with disabilities and / or unemployed people over the age of '54 and / or unemployed young people up to 29 years incl. of territory of the Town of Pomorie. The specific objectives of the project are: • Provide up to 12 months employment of 22 representatives of the target group in the "Construction" by at least 50% of newly hired employees are representatives of groups with specific characteristics (minimum 11 jobs for unemployed people with a low education level (below ISCED 3) and / or long-term unemployed and inactive persons and / or unemployed or inactive persons with disabilities and / or unemployed people over the age of '54 and / or unemployed youth up to 29 years incl.) through the material supply of jobs with the necessary equipment. • To guarantee minimum 11 new jobs in the "Alpine Building" Ltd. for at least 12 months after the end of the project. • To achieve the necessary information and publicity for the project and the amount of grant. For people outside the labor market and the unemployed combining support to find jobs, to improving access to sustainable jobs is crucial for their inclusion in employment. As a result of complex integrated approach these persons will acquire professional experience and will become more competitive in the labour market. The activities to be implemented under the project to achieve its objectives and expected results are as follows: 1. Organisation and Project Management 2. Information and Publicity of the Project 3. Purchase of equipment, furniture, related to the creation of new jobs. 4. Hiring of unemployed and / or inactive people for a period of 12 months "Alpine Building" Ltd.
