BGLEADS LTD. is a software house with eight years of experience and over 150 projects in the digital and IT sector. Over the past two years, it achieved the impressive almost 380% revenue growth and also almost four time increase in headcount. The company generates more than 88% of its revenues from export and work for global companies such as Hilton, Marriott, Bosch amp; Siemens Group, Novartis, Bayer, as well as other multi-layered and complex projects for online solutions implemented worldwide. The effort to diversify its product portfolio, to expand the market share, to ensure sustainable growth of the company, as well as the accelerated pace of implementation of the developed software applications, impose the need of team expansion. New job positions will be open related to software engineering, graphic design and business development. By implementation of this project, BGLEADS will provide an employment of 8 unemployed and inactive persons, 5 out of them fall in priority groups as defined in the program and at least half of them will be sustainably kept in business after completing project activities. In addition, the project covers provision of necessary technology equipment and assets for the newly created jobs, as well as activities related to publicity and project management.
