New employment work places

Insurance Broker "Balkan" JSC was established in 1998. At present, the insurance broker monitors the risk management and insurance needs of more than 3000 companies across the country. The company is the only Bulgarian insurance broker, member of WBN (Worldwide Broker Network). We are convinced that employment potential is a combination of improved living conditions and optimize work processes. One of the main objectives of the company is developing human capital to ensure higher employment, income and social integration, so we can keep the built capacity in the company. This project contributes to creating conditions for employment of unemployed persons who fall within the priority target groups of the program. The focus is directed towards the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market. In addition, the objectives of the project proposal are fully in line with the objectives of the OP "Human resources" to improve the quality of life of people in Bulgaria through enhancement of human capital, achieving high levels of employment, increased productivity, access to quality education and lifelong learning, and strengthening social inclusion. Project provides fulfillment of the following activities: Activity 1. Hire unemployed and / or inactive for a period of 12 months Activity 2. Purchase of equipment, furniture, and business DNA inventory related to the creation of new jobs, Activity 3. Work organization and management of projects, activities 4. Information and publicity. Creating more new jobs and the continuation of investment in human resources are of paramount importance in 2015. The objectives and activities of the project are consistent with long-term priorities of the strategy "Europe 2020" and the need to improve the business environment in Bulgaria.
