New possibility for employment at MESSI Ltd

Since its founding up to the present moment, MESSI Ltd has invested considerable funds in order to adequately meet its needs for human resources. With the present project the company expects to provide jobs for 16 unemployed/inactive individuals by providing them with training to obtain first qualification degree in the profession ‘Worker in the dress making manufacture’. After the project is completed the company will provide sustainable jobs for 8 newly–employed individuals. The project is oriented towards investing in people. All purposes and planned activities will facilitate the following: - Obtaining new knowledge and skills by the target group–unemployed and inactive individuals of all ages; - Endorsing the practice of learning throughout one’s life with the goal of professional fulfillment throughout one’s active life; - Ensuring being a valuable part of society and the right to dignified labour; - Reaching a higher quality of the workforce; - Ensuring the access to education for all; - Providing equal opportunities; - Reaching economical and social convergence of the target group. The completion of the project will increase the quality of life for 16 people–unemployed individuals of all ages through encouraging their successful inclusion in the labour market. The project is oriented towards increasing the adaptability and skills of 16 unemployed/inactive individuals through ensuring access to training, encouraging learning throughout one’s life and proactive approach for successful inclusion in the labour market. The improvement of the professional and personal characteristics of the unemployed through their inclusion in professional qualification training will considerably increase their competitiveness on the labour market and will increase their opportunities to find jobs in the future. On the other hand, MESSI Ltd will improve its personnel’s qualification – a prerequisite for a better economic results and competitiveness.
