New jobs for new opportunities

The project proposal represents an initiative of creating new job positions in the business field of Himcomerce Engineering Ltd., availing of the financial support of OP "Development of Human Resources". "New jobs for new opportunities" project will be executed in 15 months for the amount of 184 240 BGN. According to the needs and capabilities of the company 19 new jobs are provided to detect in the holding of Himcommerce Engineering Ltd. Working positions are newly created and, in conjunction with the nature of the company, they will need to be equipped according to the specific need of the post and for this purpose new, modern and relevant to the needs protective equipment, clothing, machinery and materials will be purchased to equip new jobs. The project includes activities that facilitate the administration and accounting of the project, which will be delegated to the management team, as well as activities to promote the implementation, objectives and results of the project. All described in the proposal activities are consistent and fully correspond to the set procedure priorities and specific objectives, namely sustainable integration in the labor market of young people and those permanently away from the same, as the target group will be comprehensive, involving and less educated , long inactive or unemployed and other marginalized social groups market environment. The implementation of the project activities will contribute to reducing unemployment among the target group and will help their future development. The project creates prerequisites and conditions for economic and sustainable development on the basis of improving the quality of employees' work and promoting their personal fulfillment.
