Creating new jobs in Inhom OOD

The expanding of INHOM Ltd. in the last year has led to the existence of the company’s main necessity – creating new stable jobs and appointing employees who would help fulfilling the expanded volume of work. Fulfilling this necessity is one of the project’s main objectives. Through carrying out the activities stipulated in the project: 1. Employing unemployed and inactive persons for a period up to 12 months; 2. Purchasing equipment facilitating the creation of the new jobs 3. Project organizing and managing activities 4. Activities related to informing and publicity it will be possible to achieve the general objective of the project. As results of carrying out the activities we expect 6 new jobs to be created (a decorator, glass items retoucher – 2 pieces; salesman-consultant – 2 pieces; a program and project expert – 1 piece; a machine operator, glass items production – 1 piece) and signing contracts; preserving minimum 3 of the newly created jobs for a period up to 12 months, minimum, after finishing the project; purchasing equipment that is directly needed and related to creating the new jobs (a furnace for baking decorating items; a mobile work station) and meant to be utilized by the newly appointed employees; creating a project management team; shipment of visualization materials (information signs – 2 pieces; equipment stickers – 2 pieces). The target group that will be included in the project is Unemployed and Inactive Persons (6 people). 50% of them (3 people) will belong to a specific category – Unemployed Young People, aged up to 29, 29 included. While implementing the project and the activities it includes, INHOM Ltd. will use its years of experience in carrying out similar activities and projects and will watch for the strict observance of the OP HRD horizontal principles – equal chances and non-permitting discrimination, gender equality and stable development.
