Creating sustainable positions in Moni-83 Ltd.

The main objective of this project proposal is the creation of sustainable jobs in "Moni-83" LTD. By the employment of vulnerable groups such as unemployed and inactive young people, people with low educational level and long-time inactive people of age between 30 and 54, the project implementation will stimulate the development of a region with tendencies towards deepening unemployment and growing number of inactive persons. The project addresses the major problems that pose an obstacle to the employment of the identified representatives, namely the lack of work experience, qualification and motivation. The project will start by the nomination of a project team and the distribution of tasks between its members. The organisation and management activity will ensure the successful implementation in line with the OP HRD regulations. We will pay special attention to the selection of unemployed and inactive persons from the target groups. As a result of the conducted interviews we will provide subsidized employment for a period of 12 months to 4 unemployed young people, 2 inactive young people, 2 inactive persons of age between 30 and 54. After the recruitment the newly employed will undergo induction training on the operational rules in Moni-83 as well as on operating with the machines for the respective positions. We will buy equipment for two of the new job openings. The equipment is required for the position welder and includes all the necessary elements for welding under healthy and safe working conditions. The project includes also visualization and publicity activities. As a result of the project 4 unemployed and 4 inactive persons will be included in subsidized employment, at least half of them getting the chance to move to permanent postemployment at Moni-83. They will acquire work habits, will enrich their knowledge and skills, their motivation for subsequent career development will rise, thus contributing to their sustainable integration on the labor market.
