The project "Creation of new jobs and sustainable employment of unemployed persons in the Air Max LTD" aims: To provide sustainable employment and conditions for effective work in the company "Air Max" LTD. The specific objectives of the project are: 1. To increase the production capacity of the "Air Max" Ltd., by creating conditions for employment and sustainable employment of 13 unemployed persons and / or young people in the enterprise. 2. To improve labor productivity through vocational training and training of new staff. Achieving these goals will be achieved by implementing the following activities: Activity 1: Organization and management of project activities; Action 2: Ensuring transparency and publicity of the project; Activity 3: Provision of equipment and furniture for new jobs; Activity 4: Conduct the selection of 13 unemployed persons and / or up to 29 years for employment in "Air Max" LTD; Activity 5: Providing employment "Air Max" Ltd. of selected unemployed Activity 6: Provision of training to enhance their professional qualification in "Heat - heat, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration equipment" ex officio "Fitter, refrigeration and air"; Through these activities will achieve the following results: On 13 unemployed persons and / or young people under 29 years will be provided employment for a minimum of 12 months, equipped workplaces for effective implementation of work. For the following positions: 11 Fitter, refrigeration and air conditioning and 2 Electrical. As 11 of the unemployed and / or up to 29 youths.
