New Employment in Interlang Ltd.

INTERLANG Ltd. was established in 1996 and its main areas of activity are translation and interpretation services, representation in consular and diplomatic sections for legalisation. The company has a significant experience in project management although so far INTERLANG Ltd. has not been a beneficiary of any of the operational programs. The company has a constant full-time in-house team of 8 people and works with about 1000 freelance translators, interpreters and consultants. The main goal of this project proposal is to implement the business development strategy of INTERLANG Ltd. through increasing the number of workstations and employees, creating sustainable employment in the company, increasing the qualification of the workforce, and thereby promoting employment in the capital city. Additional goal is to modernise the technical support of the company through buying new software for the workplaces and thus increase the quality of service and company efficiency. The following activities are planned to be implemented: Organisation and management of the project; Selection and employment of 5 employees for 12 months Equipment of the new workstations through purchasing software Publicity and communication of the project The target groups identified are: Unemployed people up to 29 years of age – 1 person Unemployed people above 54 years – 2 persons Unemployed or inactive people – 2 persons These are specific target groups that include continuously unemployed, young people who are not in education or employment, older unemployed and inactive people.
