NEW PROFESSION - CHANCE FOR NEW EMPLOYMENT

The overall objective of the project is: Creation of sustainable job positions for unemployed and inactive people from Vratsa Municipality. The specific objectives are: 1 / Equipment of workplaces for 8 unemployment/inactive people in the company "TIMARK" EOOD; 2 / Providing of vocational training for acquiring new professional qualifications of the persons employed within the project; 3 / Maintaining of minimum 4 job positions for at least 12 months after the end of the project. As a result of the project implementation the following results will be achieved: - 8 unemployed/inactive persons will be employed by the employer "TIMARK" EOOD for a period of 12 months; - Workplaces will be equipped for the employees involved in the project; - 8 unemployed persons will acquire professional qualification in the profession "Mechanic of transport equipment" . - Minimum 4 of the disclosed workplaces will be retained by the employer for a period of 12 months after completion of the project. In order to achieve the planned results the following activities will be implemented: - Organizing and conducting of tender procedures for the procurement of external services / supplies; - Selection of representatives of the target groups for involvement in the project; - Purchase of equipment necessary for the created new workplaces; - Employment of 8 unemployed and/or inactive persons for a period of 12 months; - Vocational training for the employed people involved in the project; - Activities for information and publicity; - Organization and management activities.
