“New jobs and employment at IVIKO Ltd.”

The major objective of the project is to provide relevant conditions for opening of permanent jobs for unemployed and inactive persons residing in the area of municipality of Pernik by enhancing the access to employment and hiring of jobless people, providing professional training to already employed individuals and purchasing of equipment and other tangible assets needed for the opened new jobs. Key activities are connected with the achievement of the objectives: opening of new jobs for the profession of a Technician, maintenance of computer networks and employing of 6 jobless and inactive persons of the age from 30 to 54 for a period of 12 months, enhancement of their opportunities for steady employment by provision of training for acquiring a professional qualification for the part of the profession included in the List of Professions for Vocational Education and Training (SPPOO) – Computer Systems Installation Engineer, major field – “Computer Networks”, improvement of the quality of newly opened jobs by purchasing of a new company motor vehicle and other tangible assets, provision of occupation stability and improvement of the quality of provided services. The project includes activities for the provision of information and publicity, such as press releases, information materials, website of the project, etc. The outcome of this project will contribute to the increase of the number of employed jobless people and inactive individuals of the age between 30 and 54, and also for their successful integration at the labour market through acquiring a professional qualification in IT sector, improved quality of work places and provision of stable employment for not less than 50% of the newly open jobs. The project will focus on the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups at the labour market by enhancing the access to employment and improving the quality of work places, career development and employment at Iviko Ltd.
