Alto Klima Employment

ALTO KLIMA started its activity in 2007 and more than eight years perform engineering work in the field of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. The company has its own manufacturing and service base of air duct systems and accessories needed for implementing and construction ventilation systems, heating and air conditioning. The endeavour to diversify its product portfolio, to expand the market share, to ensure sustainable growth of the company, as well as given the accelerated pace of implementation of the developed software applications, determine the need of the team increasing and opening new jobs related to production, installation and service. By the implementation of this project ALTO KLIMA will provide an employment of 10 unemployed and inactive persons, 6 out of them will fall in the designated under the program priority groups and at least half of them will be steadily kept in the business even after ending the performed project activities. Also the project envisages the provision of the necessary technology equipment and assets for the newly created jobs, as well as activities related to publicity and project management.
