New start for professional realization in "Vodstroy 98" JSC

Project "New start for professional realization in "Vodstroy 98" JSC is aimed at integration into the working environment and ensuring employment of unemployed and inactive people through the creation and equipment of 10 new workplaces in the company. The project will last 17 months and will be managed by a team formed of experts consisting of Project Manager, Coordinator and Accountant. Activities to be implemented are: 1. Organization and project management; 2. Hiring of unemployed and inactive persons in "Vodstroy 98" JSC for a period of 12 months; 3. Purchase and delivery of equipment and furniture required for the creation of new workplaces in "Vodstroy 98" AD; 4. Information and publicity of the project. The main outcome of the project will consist in increasing economic activity and integration of 10 unemployed and inactive persons in the working environment and providing sustainable jobs and future career realization of some of the most vulnerable groups at the labor market. The unemployed and inactive persons in the target group will be encouraged to gain practical skills and expand their knowledge and on this basis to realize through their employment. For us this is a long term investment in people, ensuring the full participation in society and the right to decent work, to achieve a higher quality of workforce that will support the realization of long-term plans of the company for development.
