The project implementation in compliance with priority 1 of the operative program human resource development “Improving the access to employment” will ensure the creation of 20 steady jobs for unemployed people. Main activities of the project: 1. Organization and management 2. Employing people in MEGADOM Ltd. according to procedure BG05M9OP001-1.003 “NEW WORKPLACE 2015” with remuneration in the amount of the minimum insurable earnings and any outstanding contributions by employers in accordance with the requirements of the Bulgarian labour and social security law for a period of 12 months . - 341020 Shop assistant (Stara Zagora, Ruse, Vidin and Haskovo) – 8 people - 345060 Cashier (Stara Zagora, Ruse, Vidin and Haskovo) – 12 people 3. External services for providing professional training for acquiring a first or a second level qualification degree of the already employed people. The aim of the project is 20 of the employed people to receive a professional training for acquiring a qualification degree for the following positions: Shop assistant (3410201). A second level qualification degree -12 people Cashier (3450601). A first level qualification degree – 8 people The training will take place at a Vocational Training Center licensed by the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training 4. Purchase of equipment, furniture and fixed assets in order to create new jobs in MEGADOM Ltd. 5. Ensuring publicity
