Creating new jobs in "Dunev Motor Sport-R-21" Ltd.

The project proposal envisages creation of long-term prospects for employment of unemployed persons in "Dunev Motor Sport-R-21" LTD. The project relies on a set of activities that will allow complete use of available human resources currently placed at risk of exclusion from the labor market and social marginalization. For this purpose, the project idea involves: 1/ creation of 15 new job positions; 2/ professional training of employees and acquisition of specific skills on their part; 3/ purchase of equipment for the provision of smooth work process at the new jobs; 4/ project management and measures for information and publicity. Job positions for employees will be created in compliance with the needs of the company, so as to ensure long-term employment and new employees can be regarded as an investment resource. It is envisaged that 13 employees will be appointed at the position of "Auto Mechanic" and two of them - at the place of "Diagnostician vehicles". Licensed Vocational Training Center will give the necessary qualifications of employees. In the training process will be implemented approved by the National Agency for Vocational training and education curricula containing adequate workload, number of hours of theory and practice hours. For equipent of the new work places will be purchased: - Front and rear axle adjustment stand; - Tire balancing machine;
