Creating employment through creation of new jobs in order to increase productivity of "Telecom" LTD .

This project proposal is linked to the creation of new jobs in " Telecom " Ltd. ensuring jobs and employment for a period of 12 months to persons from the following target groups: four persons from unemployed youths under 29 years of age; unemployed persons with low education level (below average - ISCED 3) one person; long-term unemployed and inactive persons aged between 30 and 54 – two persons. The activity of the company is sale and servicing of fiscal devices, intercom systems manufacturing, metal processing. The production of the company runs its own manufacturing base in Priselci village, municipality of Avren. The project activities include: 1. Activities for the organization and management of the project; 2. Selection of unemployed and inactive persons to participate in the project; 3. Hiring unemployed and / or inactive persons for a period of 12 months. Organization of subsidized employment for a period of 12 months; 4. Purchase of equipment, furniture and fixtures and fittings associated with the creation of new jobs 5. Activities for information and publicity 6. Project Reporting. The expected results of the project are: 1. providing employment to seven persons for a period of 12 months during the project 2. providing employment to a minimum of five persons after leaving and completion of subsidized employment from the following target groups: unemployed youths under 29 years of age; unemployed persons with low education level (below average - ISCED 3), long-term unemployed and inactive persons aged between 30 and 54. 3. providing appropriate equipment and working environment necessary for creation of new jobs 4. inclusion of different target groups to actively participate in the project 5. publicity and information on the project 6. transparency in project implementation. The project duration is expected to be 14 months.
