Creating sustainable employment in “Tabac Com Engineering” LTD

Through this project proposal “Tabac Com Engeneering” LTD aims to create new jobs and provide appropriate professional environment for better skill management for 8 new employees. As a company with clear vision of their future position and development, and applying for “Improving the production capacity of SME’s”, it is essential for the company to invest in human resources. Following the company’s long-term strategy and the current activity expansion, it is required 8 new jobs to be created. Project proposal’s purposes are: 1. Creating conditions for lawful and appropriate project management 2. Creating subsidized employment for the newly hired people and improving their quality of life 3. Purchasing assets, needed for the working process 4. Creating conditions for sustainable employment 5. Raising public awareness and providing transparency in the planned project activities The aforementioned purposes will be achieved by implementation of the following activities: 1. Forming a project management team 2. Opening 8 new jobs 3. Purchasing the required equipment for the new work positions 4. Keeping 50% of the new jobs 5. Providing visualization and publicity Our intention is to contribute actively to the implementation of two of the EU Strategy objectives for intelligent, sustainable and inclusive growth and the achievement of economic, social and territorial cohesion “Europe 2020”. Investing in human resources and the high value that every new employee adds to the company, are among the main “Tabac Com engineering” priorities. We are focused at creating an attractive working environment for the new employees, whom we will keep and they will be successful in our company.
