New jobs for unemployed jobseekers and inactive persons in the labor market

The project proposal is aimed at creating new sustainable jobs in the restaurant, cafe - aperitif, organizing music and theme parties. By providing incentives by procedure "New Workplace 2015" HRD OP the applicant will provide better quality employment opportunities for unemployed and / or inactive persons and will provide modern equipment and equipment for securing their employment. Four new jobs are to be created for 4 unemployed and / or inactive persons for inclusion in quality employment activity in a public place, cafe - aperitif. Unemployed and inactive persons will be part of the following specific categories of the labor market: -Unemployed people under 29 years of age; -Long-term unemployed and inactive persons; The Project includes implementation of the following activities: 1. Organization and project management; 2. Visualization, information and publicity; 3. Hire of unemployed and / or inactive persons and securing employment; 4. Equipment for the new jobs; The activities are aimed at providing equal opportunities, preventing any discrimination against different groups of people who fall within risk groups in the labor market, improving access to employment, reducing social exclusion and combating poverty. Through the project the applicant will contribute actively to the implementation of EU objectives in the field of employment, tackling social exclusion and poverty through creation of new jobs for people falling in various specific categories of the labor market. The main objective of the project proposal is aimed at providing sustainable employment, income generation, reduction and prevention of unemployment, social exclusion and at improving the adaptability of individuals at risk in the labor market. Employment for 4 persons will be provided for a period of 12 months and employment will be maintained for another 12 months for at least 2 of them.
