Sustainable employment in Antilopa DN OOD

The overall project objective is to promote integration and easier adaptation to the labour market of 12 unemployed or inactive people from two of the most vulnerable groups of unemployed - unemployed with low education Unemployed persons aged over 54, by including them in subsidized employment and providing sustainable employment in the company of at least 50%. The specific objectives of the project proposal are: To create suitable working conditions and prerequisites for easy work adaptation, trough purchase of equipment for 12 work places; To reduce social exclusion and to provide opportunity for professional and personal development in a modern fast-growing company for 12 representatives of the target group; Project activities include: -Forming Project team and activities related to organization and management; - Selection procedures for supplies and delivery of the necessary equipment for new work places -Selection of insurance provider and occupational health services; -Selecting the participants in the project from the target groups; - Ensuring employment for 12 people for 12 months; - Promotion of project activities. The result will be equipped workplaces for three new works teams and 12 representatives of the target group will be included in subsidized employment and at least 50% will be possible to sustainable employment after completion of the project.
