New working places in Hobby-car EOOD

The successful implementation of the project under the Operational Programme and the recent launch of a new activity (production of cars and engines), the expansion of Hobby-car Ltd. last year and its desire to develop its commercial activities starting e-commerce led to a fundamental need of the company at the moment - developing new sustainable jobs and appointment of staff to help cover the increased workload. Fulfilling this necessity is one of the project’s main objectives. Through carrying out the activities stipulated in the project: 1. Employing unemployed and inactive persons for a period up to 12 months; 2. Purchasing equipment, furnishing and fixtures and fittings facilitating the creation of the new jobs; 3. Project organizing and managing activities 4. Activities related to informing and publicity it will be possible to achieve the general objective of the project. As results of carrying out the activities we expect 8 new jobs to be created and signing contracts; preserving minimum 4 of the newly created jobs for a period up to 12 months, minimum, after finishing the project; purchasing equipment, furnishing and fixtures and fittings that are directly needed and related to creating the new jobs and meant to be utilized by the newly appointed employees; creating a project management team; shipment of visualization materials. The target group that will be included in the project is Unemployed and Inactive Persons (8 persons). 50% of them (4 persons) will belong to a specific category – Unemployed Young People, aged up to 29, 29 included. While implementing the project and the activities it includes, Hobby-car EOOD will use its years of experience in carrying out similar activities and projects and will watch for the strict observance of the OP HRD horizontal principles – equal chances and non-permitting discrimination, gender equality and stable development.
